Shipping Policy

NookFlora products are sourced from small, independent makers and suppliers, so shipping works a little differently than a store shipping from a local warehouse.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days before your order ships.
• Delivery estimate: 2–4 weeks to US addresses. Handmade and made-to-order ceramics can occasionally take a little longer.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• Split shipments: if your order includes items from more than one maker, it may arrive in separate packages on different days — that's expected, not a mistake.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your order and address.
• Countries served: United States only, for now.
